Kirkelli Burritos

These simple bean burritos will give your favorite Chipotle burrito a run for the money!

  • Tortillas (the bigger the better!)
  • 2 cups Black Beans
  • Cilantro Lime Rice
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Cilantro
  • Sour Cream
  • Hot Sauce

Cilantro Lime Rice:

Prepare 1 cup of white rice (do yourself a favor and use a rice cooker). Once cooked, add ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro, 1 Tablespoon olive oil, the juice of one lime and salt to taste.

Toast or heat tortillas and fill with heated beans, rice and other goodies. This made enough for 3 LARGE burritos.
